Vitaly Veres
From the beginning of the full-scale war, he defended Ukraine as part of the assault unit of the National guards He took part in battles in the Kharkiv region, in Soledar and Bakhmuti. February 14, 2023 during fighting for Bakhmut Vitaly was wounded, through which completely lost sight.
After the injury, he actively works on his own rehabilitation and works out at the same time
public activity aimed at raising awareness of the problems of blind and partially sighted people.
Vitaly advocates equal opportunities for all, promoting the importance of accessibility and support for people with disabilities.
In July 2024, he reached new heights, winning four gold medals at the All-Ukrainian sports competitions among veterans of "Strong Ukraine". With his achievements, Vitaly not only inspired many, but also set a new record for Ukraine.
Today, Vitaly Veres is an example of resilience and faith in one's own strength. He continues to help others by lending his voice and support to those in need, and remains an example to those who are facing difficult challenges in their lives.
